My philosophy is rooted in the belief that sexual health is a basic human right. For over 30 years I managed some of the largest NHS sexual health and HIV services in UK, and between 2002-2011, I held the post of Sexual Health & HIV Nurse Adviser to the Department of Health (England). Now as a dedicated psychosexual therapist, I focus on integrating compassion, a strong therapeutic relationship, and innovative interventions alongside my clinical knowledge and skills to support client needs.
I am an accredited Sex Therapist (AccCOSRT)* with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists, UK. Additionally, I am a Certified Problem Sexual Behaviour Therapist with the Sexual Health Alliance, USA, and a Registered Nurse with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council. I hold Enhanced DBS status, Professional Liability Insurance, and I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, UK. I work within the ethical codes established by these governing bodies to ensure high standards of care and professionalism in sex and relationship therapy and sexual health.
